OVER CARNIVAL: A TRIP THROUGH TIME 

This year the Over Carnival will step into an invisible Tardis and go “BACK TO THE PAST”. We want to see as many Vikings, Celts, Saxons and Romans in Over; not forgetting the Tudors, Georgians and Victorians. It can be anything from the past; past TV shows; past films too!
